Club Auction
September 2015

Fred explains why you need this one-of-a-kind, original,
seldom used, Model A Ford widget.

The Miller brothers - Louis and Ray
Louis Miller joined our club about 15 years ago. He drove his '30 Tudor on several club tours. He sold it and left the club, but he still owns the largest collection of antique tractors in the state of Texas. His younger brother, Ray, owns a couple of AA trucks.

No, I don't have a picture of Fred wearing one of Laurie's splashy aprons.

Update

I know everyone is wondering how the auction went and so thought I would share. Thanks to everyone who attended our auction and to those who donated and who purchased items. It was a very successful event.

We brought in $823.25! Much more than I had anticipated! Thanks again to everyone who helped make this a success.

We have a great club and wonderful people! I think everyone had fun and the weather was beautiful! A bit warm, but the cool breeze made it a perfect day on the patio.

See you this Saturday for a drive around town and through the countryside on International Model A Ford Day! We will play follow the leader around Georgetown and to Walberg and Wier. Bring your A's and let them get a little exercise and enjoy a leisurely day in the country. Model A's - Moving History! - makes people smile. Be there or be square. . . Sondra
