has been duly sanctioned as an affiliated club with all right and privileges thereof and is hereby granted exclusive franchise to represent the corporate principles within their territorial jurisdiciton as prescribed by the Nation Board of Directors. In testimony whereof the Model A Ford Club of America, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, has hereunto set its name and caused its corporate seal to be affixed hereto by it President and Secretary.
